In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the cost of the bankruptcy attorney fees for is usually listed in the bankruptcy petition submitted to the bankruptcy court. Allowable attorney fees need to be disclosed and approved by a bankruptcy court according to Rule 2016 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure.
