... Today more than ever, I firmly believe that everyone is entitled to quality legal representation and that bankruptcy is a powerful, yet often misunderstood, financial tool enabling people to put financial hardships behind them and obtain a "fresh start" in life.

Mr. Garth Sullivan is a paralegal at Rinne Legal. He is not eligible to practice law at this time.  He has extensive experience meeting with clients, advising them on the various aspects of Chapter 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcies and guiding them through the process.

Previously, Mr. Sullivan worked for a Certified Bankruptcy Specialist and recognized Super Lawyer in Connecticut where he focused exclusively on consumer bankruptcy. Mr. Sullivan also practiced bankruptcy law in Illinois both for a large consumer bankruptcy firm and as in-house counsel to a large consumer lending institution.

Mr. Sullivan did his undergraduate work at the University of Texas, receiving a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, and finished law school at Rutgers University as a Dean's List Scholar.

He has a deep interest in and passion for consumer bankruptcy issues.
