Mr. Richard Suh is an associate attorney at Rinne Legal. He has extensive experience meeting with clients and advising them on the various aspects of Chapter 7 and 13 consumer bankruptcies.

Previously, Mr. Suh worked at one of the largest consumer bankruptcy law firms in the country and the bankruptcy department of a mortgage company. Customer service and satisfaction are important priorities for Mr. Suh and he makes every effort to keep clients informed during the bankruptcy process. He combines both solid knowledge of bankruptcy law and procedure with an attitude of concern and caring for clients.

Mr. Suh did his undergraduate work at Stanford University and finished law school at UCLA. He has externed with Judge Russell and the U.S. Trustee’s Office in the Central District of the Bankruptcy Court of California. Mr. Suh has also worked at a mid-sized CA litigation firm where he practiced insurance coverage and bad faith litigation.
